Dear sir,
I arrived at Cuisine et Santé on the 17th of march. When I arrived, and this since 6 months, I had to go to the toilet 3 to 5
times a day (3 times in the morning, then immediately after lunch and in the
evening before going to bed). I was afraid to have a cancer of the colon, a pre
diabetic state. At night I had to get up once or twice to urinate. I snored. I
had pains in my shoulders and heels (like pinpricks). I often had cramps, my
face was bloated (nose and chin a little red).
I scrupulously followed your macrobiotic recommendations of 70% cereals
and 30% cooked vegetables. I rarely took the desert. I had few drinks and small
portions of soup.
My intestinal transit was re-established after the fourth day. I lost 4
kilos – 72.4kg the 7th of march, 68.4 kg the 31st march.
My wife says that I don’t snore at all since a week ago. I no longer get up at
night to go to the toilet. The pains have all gone. My face is no longer red
and nose and chin no longer bloated. In 8 days time I will have another blood
test done so I can compare it with the one which dates from more than a year
ago.
Thank you again Mr Lévy for all that you have given me. I hope that you
and all your team will find in this statement all the energy and love from
others to make macrobiotics known.

Dear René,
We want to thank you again
for those few days we passed in your company and with your team. We were able
to measure your hospitality and above all your limitless passion for this true
biological revolution which is macrobiotics. The talent and the conviction
which you show in your lectures proves how much the cause you defend is just.
Even though we have been
convinced for a long time that a direct link exists between our alimentation
and our health, our stay has taught us many more things which permit us to
correct a number of errors in the ways we prepared our food. We will at last
try and convince our family, friends and neighbours of the gifts of
macrobiotics… oh, how very difficult a
job!
