By car : take exit n°18 on the motorway A64 and drive 3 kms to the center of St Gaudens where you take the direction Luchon in order to arrive after 2 kms at the roundabout shown above. Follow the arrows on the plan and go to the restaurant Beau Rivage. Drive around the restaurant, cross one stream and enter the park of Cuisine et Santé on the right before the second brook. |

By train : direct or with a change in Toulouse Matabiau Station (platform Luchon-Tarbes). Arriving in Saint Gaudens one hour later from Toulouse take a taxi outside the station to conduct you to Cuisine et Santé, 2 km far (6€ ). |

By plane : to Toulouse Blagnac Airport. Leaving the airport take the bus (navette), which will take you to Toulouse Matabiau train station where you take a train to Saint Gaudens which takes one hour. |
